Bespoke Cake Designs
A great deal of skill and effort goes into the production of a quality custom made & designed cake. You are not just paying for a cake, you are paying for a work of art that will wow your guests and be the talking point of your party.
A lot of skill and many, many years of learning and practice have gone into perfecting the techniques required to achieve the high quality finishes you are looking for.
Baking, assembling and decorating can take anything from 4 hours to 40+ hours to achieve and that doesn’t include the hours spent in the design process to make sure your cake is just right for you.
Fondant Wedding Cakes
All my fondant cakes are a between 3”- 4″ high (depending on style) with 3 – 4 layers of filling and are coated in a layer of chocolate/vanilla fudge icing or buttercream before being covered in fondant. Prices listed are based on a sponge cake filled with buttercream. Other cake & filling combinations can be used. These prices are guides only so please contact me for a more accurate quote.
Sizes are an indication only. I can accommodate all sizes and all number of guests. Servings are based on 1″ x 1″ (2.5cm x 2.5cm) and 1″ x 2″ (2.5 x 5cm) pieces, depending on the type of cake used these may need to be adjusted to suit your needs.

8″ & 6″ Round tiers
Serves between 38-70
10″, 8″ & 6″ round tiers

12″, 10″, 8″ and 6″ round tiers
