‘Star wars’ Jabba the hutt, Leia & C-3po cake
Made from 2 x 10″ chocolate fudge cakes covered with Belgian chocolate ganache and fondant.
The figures were all hade modelled from modelling chocolate and Jabba was made from rice krispie treats covered with fondant and airbushed with edible food colour.
