Rugby Scrum 16th Birthday Cake, this was made for a customers son who’s hobbies included rugby and also his mobile phone. Made from a traditional victoria sandwich with raspberry jam and buttercream filling. Covered with fondant icing. The figures were made form a combination of modelling chocolate and gumpaste.
