Pink Stargazer Lily Cake, a simple but striking effect. made from 2 tiers of chocolate cake with chocolate fudge icing filling and one vanilla cake tier with vanilla buttercream filling. covered with Belgian chocolate ganache and fondant icing. The lillies are hand made from flower/gumpaste.
