3d Horse head cake Made for a customers daughters 18th birthday, based on her own horse, quite unusual colouring on this chap made him quite unique.
Made from black velvet cake with chocolate fudge filling. Covered in a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache and then a layer of fondant icing.
