50th Birthday Gold & black quilted cake, the bottom tier was made from 4 x 9″ vanilla sponge cakes filled with buttercream and jam, coated with a thick layer of white chocolate ganache and them covered with sugarpaste. the top tier was made with 4 x 7″ chocolate fudge cakes filled with fudge icing and covered in dark choaolate ganache and sugarpaste.
